Good morning, afternoon and evening to all the wonderful admin and members! 🥰🤗

How is everyone doing? How’s your first full week of the new year been?

Mine hasn’t been as bad as the pic I’ve chose but it did make me smile 😃 😂

I’ve had my first winter cough/cold/sore throat this week 😷🥴🤧 I thought I could escape it 🤨 😂 but it’s passing through now 😅 I know if I was smoking 🚬 this cough would be no way passing through and my chest would be rattling like a bag of baby toys 🙀 I noticed I still feel embarrassed 😳 about coughing, fearing that coughing fit! Embarrassed about sounded like the heavy smoker 😶‍🌫️ in the room 😳 so every time I have a coughing fit I’ve been saying to myself ‘this will soon pass’ 🙏🏻😅 which feels amazing 🤩 because as a smoker my coughs would last for months 🥺😳 so that has definitely been a feel good for me this week and yes I made it! 😂

So what has made your week a good week? 🤔 what can you take out of it on a positive note? We all know making the decision to quit is a life saving amazing decision 🤩🤩 getting through a day without smoking 🚭 is absolutely brilliant 🤩 and every day you get through 🌟 💪🏻🚭🏆🤩

morning cloe . . . 😊 I love your positive posts 🥰😊 and love the pic my other half said this is how I look when I wake up on a morning 😂🤣😂 I actually agree with him 🤣😂 my week has been great as everyone is aware of the. Horrible weather we’re having I’ve got to spend an extra week with my son 💕as his school has been closed all week. So our new January will now start next week 😊 Stay safe and warm in this weather and a bonus if you are quitting at least you haven’t got go out to buy smokes and you can stay where it’s warm and be smoke free and remember keep smiling 😊😂🤣💃xxxx

Awww 🥰 hopefully that means it’s an extra week of precious moments 🙏🏻🥰 and a bit of you time too 🥰

I was people watching yesterday and seeing the smokers go out wrapping up and almost stiff clutching their bodies tight with one arm to keep warmer while having the other arm free for their smoke 🚬 and I thought, I don’t focus on having the thickest coat now, because if I’m in my coat 🧥 I’m usually walking 🚶‍♀️ or stomping and get too hot 🥵 😂
