Let me introduce..I'm Nikoletta, living in Scotland but I'm from Greece. I'm smoking many many years, over 30, but I decided to stop. Actually my last cigarette was on Monday 9th Dec. I manage wel I must say but with the help of Nicorette inhalators. How yo cope?? interested to know.

Well done on starting your quit journey , its not always easy but its really worthwhile.
I used the inhalator when I quit smoking that was 12 Years ago now. I found it ideal as a replacement for cigarettes and I eventually used it without any cartridge , so it seemed easy to quit. I wish you well with your quit journey. and please feel free to ask for any help or any query you may have. There is plenty of useful information in our pinned posts and topics.
