How to look better and improve the environment 🚭🙌

Tobacco affects your looks😫 Everything stinks! From your skin to your whole house, your clothes, your fingers and your breath 😷

Tobacco causes teeth to yellow and creates excess dental plaque, which in turn causes bad breath. Smoking makes your skin wrinkly, which prematurely ages you. Depleting your skin of vitamin A and restricting blood flow.

Unfortunately these wrinkles are more apparent around the lips and eyes.

Smoking also pollutes the environment. Cigarette butts are among the most commonly discarded pieces of waste globally and are the most frequent item of litter on our beaches and water edges worldwide. Hazardous substances including arsenic, lead, nicotine and formaldehyde are leached into the aquatic environments and soil.

So obviously the best thing we can do for ourselves and the environment is to stop smoking🚭
