I thought following on from TheTabbyCat post yesterday I wouldnโt do a feel Good Friday but a feel your best Friday! ๐ฅณ
Focusing on what is your best mindset to start a new year ๐ง for you and your quit? ๐ค
The most common phrase I hear this time of year is โglad to get back to normal!โ ๐ and not knowing what day it is ๐
So what can you bring to your normal to feel at your best, we canโt be at our bestest best everyday, but we can be our best for that very day! And yes, staying quit or quitting is definitely one amazing thing you can do to be your bestest self! ๐คฉ ๐ป ๐ฎ and to not forget it! When I think of how far Iโve of my quit it brings a smile inside ๐ when I think of the events Iโve got through smokefree too I then feel proud ๐ฅฒ Itโs a good feeling to keep my quit going and for me! ๐ฅน ๐ I know Iโve done my best there, because like the vast majority quitting and staying quit was not an easy one for me! So that feeling that I have done my bestest best is and got to where I am today is definitely something i think Iโm gonna take through with me for 2025! ๐ฅณ ๐
