I usually say its Tuesday and talk time, but today lets think about treat yourself Tuesday.

A packet of cigarettes costs on average £15 Just think instead of not only harming your body and polluting the atmosphere with stale tobacco smoke, what else could you spend £15 on.

You could save it towards Christmas,

Take away meal

Bottle of wine

Perfume

Aftershave

New Tee shirt

Pjs

Jigsaw

Crossword book

flowers

The list is endless

So what will you do? Treat yourself or poison yourself.

Whatever you do try and resist smoking. You may not find it easy at first, but keep on trying it is possible and gets easier over time.

I haven’t spent money on treating myself today but I do just prepare myself a very healthy salad 🥗 before we get right into the cold season when a salad 🥗 seems like a crazy 🤪 idea 💡 😂

My I’ll keep the money in the pot for a little treat 😁
