well today is my 7year quit… that’s right my 7th year… cannot believe it !! No cravings nothing making me turn to cigarettes when upset…. It’s been a up and down year for me including being diagnosed with depression last week… so on meds for that… just trying to find the light at the end of the tunnel.. I have just got a treadmill and using it as much as I can … remember all of u who are starting ur journeys it can be done u can stop the most disgusting habit ever by taking it one day at a time and remembering NOPE … you have got this and an amazing group to support you through it

Sorry that you’re going through the mill at the moment but great that you know smoking is not going to help you!

I’m sure your story will inspire someone who may be going through something similar. Keep up the good work hun and look forward to the next 7 years 👍👏👏👏

can’t wait to post my 14yrs quit post and thank you though I’m going through that I haven’t resorted to going back to smoking as that won’t help me at all

How lovely to read about your 7 years smoke free, I still sometimes think ‘Oh a smoke would be nice’ then I think ‘Don’t be silly’ and it’s gone i’m looking forward to not having any thoughts like that, congratulations 🎊🍾🎈🎉 you are amazing
