Hi you lovely quitters and welcome to Wednesday 😃
Odd week for me so far, my dad is not well and has been referred for tests.
It is looking like his 50 year habit may be catching up with him despite being quit the last 17 years. He has something going on with swallowing and now anaemia which the doctor is saying could be linked to long term smoking.
My dad is really positive and grateful he quit when he did, great attitude.
Our winners this week:

Now then something I read this week made me laugh but I also cannot get it out of my head when I go to the bathroom:
You do not wash your hands, they wash each other while you watch like a bit of creep 😱 😱😱
Have a fabulous week you lot 🚭🚭🚭😇😇😇😉😁

I can't believe I'm 5 weeks smokefree tomorrow, it really does feel amazing. So much changes in our body both internally and externally when we stop smoking. My skin and hair look so healthy, my breathing is a lot better. I feel so much calmer, I constantly had anxiety when I smoked.
I've been working all different shifts since last weekend so been a bit hit and miss to pop on here.
