Hello Everyone! I'm here to let you know that every struggle you face you can overcome, every challenge you move forward from stand a little taller and prouder because of it.
November 30th 2018 at 11:30 pm I put out my last cigarette. Several months after that I was diagnosed with Hypothyroidism and just last month my marriage of 11 years ended. And in between all of that I was playing a little game with something called Covid; (you may of heard of it..... ). Anyhow; I could have buckled, bent and given into the urge to calm Mr. Nic but I did not. Honestly, now (two years later) it really isn't a thought and I am so grateful for all of those (some here) who were (and still are) my quitting buddies. I thank you all for your support and really want to know that if I can do it so can you... the first 100 days sucks bad; I won't lie, but those days will pass the same amount of time if you continue to smoke or decide to start paying yourself; and your future self will thank you.
