How are you feeling? I'm coming up on 6 months in a week or so and sometimes (only sometimes) I miss it but then I come to my senses

I'll never go back, I'm sure of that now and when I see people smoking I have to resist the urge to tell them how silly they are and how much better they will feel if they stop.

I feel good and breathe more deeply people at work still smoke and i’ve been known to go out the back with them while they do, Willow smokes, it doesn’t bother me i just know i never will again I’m a couple of months behind you and i have nice new trainers and a shiny new laptop and money banked to show for it

I know 😀I have no intention of smoking again because it’s been very difficult at times not only for me but for Willow too who has had to listen to me rant at times
