So just a update , I haven’t had a single puff tday 🎉🎉🎉

It’s very hard , my head is pounding but I’m determined to pull through.

My daughters not very well so she’s been home with me today .

Managed to get patches from my gp today too .

Iv got one tucked away just incase I REALLY need it . But I haven’t bought a box today 😝😝

Well, fuzzyshop! U and I are in the same shoes!! My daughter isn’t well either so I have home too. U are blessed with the patches!! I would smoke with the patches without hesitation whatsoever!! I have done in the past that is why I went cold turkey!
