Did you all think I fell off the wagon I DIDN'T LOL WENT TO AMSTERDAM AND ALL THOSE COFFEE SHOPS NEVER EVEN FELT URGE... My question to you lot is I seen a lot of tobacco replacement it's called colts foot and was wondering if any you lot knew anything of it? Not that I was tempted I wasn't but just asking for my mums sake maybe she could use it?

Don't know much about colts foot except it's a herb which can cause bad side effects, so may not be a good idea👎🏼

What side effects I had my partner smokin it as alternative and he was going to try and quit with it.?? Worried now xx

I can't find any side effects to smoking colts foot and the Mr has bought it to try quittin please if you know of any side effects please tell me people other than the obvious .... Help please

Hiya toots, when I googled it the side effects are high blood pressure and liver damage and it says to use only short term in small doses😟
