Firstly I suggest you decide how you want to quit. Are you going to use NRT ( nicotine replacement therapy) ,cold turkey,without any aids or are you going to ask your doctor for medication.

May I suggest reading the pinned posts, 📌there's lots of information there.

Remember to drink lots of water 🚰to flush out the toxins and keep yourself hydrated.
