Just over 4 weeks

Have just returned from a work trip and amazingly managed to stay off the cigs even though the gift shop in the casino sold my brand in their original boxes. Had a few close calls, but kept thinking about my family and oddly enough my doctor who told me to quit a few months ago. Still some strange physical reactions: Dry mouth, feelings of absence, oral denial, headaches, shortness of breath, fractious, insomnia etc. But all seem to be waning. Determined to continue a day at a time.
