My lovely, you are on Quit Support quite a lot, and we enjoy your company, and your posts..... perhaps you could get volleyaan to join us more often...... we can give both of you virtual hugs across the ocean...... but reading messages of encouragement and support are far more effective, at least, thats what I think..... I have been a non smoker since August 13th 2007, so I know its possible to become smoke🚭free, going cold turkey, but you really have to believe in yourself, and why you are doing it..... and the obvious answers are.... my child/children, my family, and a better lifestyle for me...... I CAN DO THIS.... you must keep telling yourself!!

Awww thank you and yes I am on often cause I know I can quit and I want to see others do it as well.. I may not have all the right words to say but I will do my best to find someone who can XXX ❤️
