Trying again!!!!

Hi all, I decided to stop smoking yesterday! No plan in place for a change, it was too cold to walk to the shops so I thought now is the time. I've been smoke free for just over 26 hours, a record for me!!

I'm not sure if the lack of plan has helped (I bought patches today) but I don't feel as worked up as in previous attempts when it was planned, it was all I used to think about on the run up to the day!!

Anyway just wanted to say thanks for having me, I'm enjoying reading all the posts.

Thank you, I'm already feeling different to previous attempts so hopefully that is a good sign!!

I'm going to be a busy bee for the next couple of days washing coats and other things..my sense of smell is already coming back!!

PS, when you've finished washing your clothes, you aint finished then cos ya got the lamp shades, curtains, carpets etc to clean toooooo

Anytime is a good time to lay them down I haven't been laid mine down but a couple of weeks... but I know I'm done I have a son that still needs his mama.. and you will learn alot from others just like you.. so good luck 🍀🍀 and keep up the good work 😊

Sorry to say..I've failed.

I had a minor operation today and found 4 cigs when I came home,I gave in and smoked them...but thats it. I AM NOT going out or buying more xx
