I have made it through day one! Breathing helped and staying busy when it came to coffee time and getting ready for work.

I’m on my fifth day!😊 I been breathing, exercising, hiking and staying busy. I have quit several times before but this time feels different. I’m not angry or irritable at all which is wonderful because I’m the past I would use stress as an excuse to lit up again. I do have the help with Wellbutrin and thinking it is a game changer for me! Best of luck to all!😊
