Oh my that was a super hard start to the day....... but just about to go into work and with the help of the inhalator I’ve balanced the mood out. Struggles like this are certainly a trial but keep smelling my hands, hair and clothes and it’s a lovely reminder that it’s good to rid of the horrible smell. Also those deep breaths ....... wheeze free 🙌🙌🙌🙌🙌 day two keeping stubbornly strong 💪
