Fun News - Have Quit again. (the 1 w/the finger/hand/arm predicament)

Hello Everyone! I wrote this morning about hand/finger tremors. I'm going to keep a watchful on this. Glad to report at the end of a long day. Today I did some heavy gardening my guy's backyard. He has a back pain every time there's lifting to be done. I'm suspecting that he wants to get out of my gardening hobby. That's ok, he has other things to do like swipe his cell phone as he's a busy travel agent. Onto another subject with him - lol. I showed him my quit smoking app & how much $ I've saved so far, how many cigs I haven't smoked & how many days I'm been abstinent from the Nic. I then asked them, let's do a kiss! It was maybe a 3 second kiss & then I asked him if he smelled smoke near my nostrils and he said no. I asked him did he tasted cigarettes partly in my mouth and he said no. You don't know how delighted I was to hear that. There's more kisses to come - this was a dress rehearsal! lol Another incentive to think positively about good things even though some or all of us are going through some cravings/hitting the cupboards & looking for a snack.
