Hi Maison, please feel free to whinge when you like!! Week one ,cold turkey is a very good beginning. You're so right to be proud of yourself.

As jillygirl mentions it's perfectly normal that your sleep pattern is disturbed and you feel exhausted.

Please be kind to yourself and patient with your body as it's coping with a lot of changes.

Just take it a day at a time hun,you can so do this.👍🚭XXX

Hello Maison8, well done you. From my experience when you go cold turkey feeling strange in a multitude of ways is very normal. Cold turkey is one of the best roller coaster rides there is. Good luck, you can do it.
