1st Sept quit day

This is day one of my new ‘smoke-free’ life.

After an ambulance collecting me from work on Thurs & an overnight stay in hosp. I have promised myself & my family that i will do this.

It seems as good a day as any 1/9/2019

You got it Vee!! Anything you can to distract yourself from thinking about smoking. Walking, glass of cool luvverly water, an apple, phoning a friend, clear your shed out, prune your wardrobe, go pull your ol petunias up, paint the dog, your house, your husband.....ANYTHING to keep you off and away from those lil white devils!! My love & strength to you, on this so special day, Poll x

Ps, I’m off down the garden to sand down my little wooden greenhouse ready for painting so she’s up together for the winter. Taking the radio down there so I can let rip with the occasional song. My neighbours love me! X

thank you for your support. I bought a cheap VYPE pen £20 with a berry type of flavour. It has transformed giving up for me. I had in the car only for a few days that was my trigger place. Seriously good luck I am doing it for my little boy. xxx
