Another small step in the right direction today. Still feeling a bit grim and I know that I’m on a long journey but I am feeling much more confident than in my past failed attempts.

Must be you lovelies, that’s the difference!!

Hi Jobi, baby steps is the way to do it. One of our members said "today I decide not to smoke". This way it's far less daunting. I hope you managed to have a walk at lunch time. Changing routines/habits makes all the difference.

Keep in touch.🚭👍

Cheers Tubby, unfortunately I work across multiple sites and today was in a grotty industrial park in Skelmersdale! Still went for a walk but just up and down the road being blown sideways by enormous trucks!

Did step outside the building a few times just to have a few minutes of deep breaths with my eyes closed which definitely helped.

Thanks again for your support 👍
