well the weekend is nearly upon us, Im at work till 7pm so mine starts then. We got a new addition to our family on Wednesday another grandson hes lovely and his name is Harley. Thats my 11th grandchild so now I have my own football team. Im nearly 13 weeks smoke free , its been a bit of a struggle at times especially my insomnia/anxiety issues but that has eased as you all said it would and every day is a milestone for me. I cant believe I smoked for over 40 years, well I think I'll take advantage of this wonderful weather and have a ride out to Dalby forest on Sunday and maybe go to Scarborough for fish & chips for tea, and take in all that wonderful fresh air,

Hello my lovely! I’m doing okay, still dealing with the same old withdrawals but at a lower intensity busy with the job though! Working on my feet all day is proving more tiring than I thought haha. How are you? 😊😘
