Hey you lovely people on here just checking in, sorry I've been distant....I've been trying to get my life in order...being on here was making me think of smoking and then manifesting into a craving...flipping NicDemon trying another trickof getting me...so I was talking to someone that quit for ages, like 10 plus years and he says just forget it sometimes, by all means check in if you get really bad but envisage life as you never smoked...so that's what I've been doing....so here I am still quit but just wanted to see my friends xx
