I was just wondering when does someone become as if he never smoked? Psychologically speaking only...
I’m asking because after four months, I still feel a bit not myself, annoyed, and I get a mild craving in certain situations for example when I encounter a good friend who I used to enjoy smoking with.
Hope someone has some insight

Hi Matc, Thats a very common question and to be honest there isnt an easy answer. I think after a few months you never really think about smoking at all, so perhaps thats when you can say your a non smoker.
We have your badge as still planning to win . Have you got an exact quit date so we can amend our records and your badge? xx
Hi mat, everyone is different, I have been quit nearly 2 months now and I am still coughing up lots of tar, chemicals and crap however I smoked for the best part of 35 years so it’s understandable that it takes time to dispel it all, according to some sites on google it can take between 1-9 months to dispel all that gunge, hope this helps
Hi , I didn't develop a cough either, still haven't . I suppose everyone is different and get different clearing out symptoms so wouldn't worry if you haven't developed a cough . Xx
