Great job! I just know it feels. Unfortunately my symptoms lasted for 6 weeks after that I don't feel like smoking at all. It's hard but not impossible. You can do it.

It can go on for a while but it will go. Stay with it and you will soon start to notice a difference. It is really hard at times, I downloaded the down dog app and did yoga at home. Also proper breathing (from the diaphragm) for relaxation, sleep when tired. Mainly perseverance.
It will be worth it, trust me, I am just beginning to beat the anxiety and it feels great
