Well got though the first week the Dr put me on bupropion and it does help a lot. Now after I eat I chew bubble gum and go to bed early and watch tv in bedroom . I found today that my husband is a trigger lol bad thing but true and no I'm not going to tell him. When he is at work I find things to keep busy. Guess I will just have to work it out..lol

Sassy just do whatever it takes to quit. My hubby is also a trigger for me, he still smokes and I can barely stand the smell! Just stay strong, find the humor in all the triggers, change your habits, it will be worth it. It does get so much better. I'm now over 8 weeks and still have a few cravings that I can beat quickly. It is the nervous anxiety that gets to Me! It is a tough journey but worth the effort. Good luck, you can do it!
