Welcome to quit support, Well done on deciding to quit smoking and already quit for almost a week.

You seem to be coping well but do be prepared for withdrawal symptoms , as they can strike at any time. I presume you are doing this cold turkey. Have a good look around at the pinned posts (on the right or bottom of this page) there is a lot of good information on there.

Right I will go and get you your badge so you can watch your progress grow weekly. Also add your name to our wall of winners.

If you need any help ,or just a chat,(or cry) we here for you. :) xx

Hi Su and welcome😊

Well done and good to hear you're doing so well. As our lovely admin has said lots of good info under pinned posts and there's one about craving buster tips. Distract yourself and keep busy. Drink lots of water and if possibly try a nice walk as this usually helps.

Keep doing what you're doing coz you're doing great. We say NOPE not one puff ever🚭 You're well on your way to a healthier future👍🏼😊
