It's my third week starting to feel Spacey almost like a natural high. Hardly had a appetite, experience nausea. Putting Ginger root in my water for tummy. Slight constipation. Have to keep clearing throat. Eating lots of fruit and veggies. Has anyone had a loss of appetite, I thought I was gonna wanna eat more?

Oxygen is getting to your brain. I had dizzy spells that we're like vertigo. It's kinda freaky but good signs? I don't know I'm 5weeks in and Im not getting that anymore but I did bad a few times.

Maybe because you're constipated that it's having a knock on affect with nausea and loss of appetite?.

You're 2 weeks in so you may experience lots of different things as your body adjusts to no nicotine and 4,000 less nasty chemicals running around your system.

If you feel that anything gets worse, have a check up with the Doctor.

Well done Freedom, it will, and does get better😊😊

Better today feel more grounded. Digestion is getting better. Even with the changes my body is going through I feel the greatest joy, and freedom.
