My trigger is alcohol and the weekends!! So, I decided to go to work tomorrow so I wont over indulge in alcohol and smoking tonight and be a responsible citizen to society, while I make some extra income lol... I so badly wanted to go out enjoy a few drinks and ciggs... MAN... Day 4 is getting a little tense for me to say the least.... Grrrrrr

Very wise decision IchoosetoliveπŸ‘ but do make sure you treat yourself with that extra cash for working extra hard as well. Hang in there you're doing fab it will get easier πŸ˜„

I am doing it!! Kicking Nics BUTT... I almost fell... but I DID IT! I am in my safe haven... HOME. I never smoked indoors, I go to my back porch but its winter time here in New York and COLD lol... thanks for the support! I can say with 100% confidence I made it thru day 4!! ✌✌✌

Goooood. Do all the healthy things. Make some nice smoothies, do breathing exercises. detox, detox, detox. The quicker nicotine and carbon monoxide leave your sweet body the easier it gets.

O wow you and donnawac say the same thing for Day 4! I am Day 3. I will try to prepare for the worst tomorrow then. Extra money sure beats extra cigs though! Good job on keeping yourself busy! 🌷🌷🌷🌸🌸🌸🌺🌺🌺

We are never prepared... we just go thru the motions at THAT particular time... I got a lil emotional and scared but I did it and we are doing it!!! Yes, extra money is always a PLUS

Great decision hun, sometimes we have to make sacrifices for our freedom and if that means not having a drink for a while, then that's worth it. It won't always be this hard I promise so dig deep and remember you so badly want to quit, you CAN do thisπŸ‘πŸΌπŸ˜Š

I'm hoping day 4 is the hardest. I have a class to teach tomorrow so at least I'll stay busy. Then a Halloween party that is alcohol free so I'm going to go to that one. Have to have some fun. Just have to figure out how not to make things make me feel like crying.
