Hi ethanehunt I would perhaps visit your gp and can I just ask why you started again? Are you planning to quit again cause it looks like you stopped for some time? πŸ˜„

Hi Ethan, have you just started to quit again, I see you went 19 months, wowπŸ˜„ Well don't be so hard on yourself, it just shows you, that we always have to be on our guard. Just call it a practice run and get straight back on your quit, you know you can do it. As for your mouth, I would visit dentist or GP if it does not go , to get it checked, probably nothing to worry about, but it would put your mind at ease.

Next time you want to light up , come on here to have a chat

Take care

Hi Ethane, sorry to hear your suffering with your mouth but I would suggest it's because you've not been smoking for a long time and now you're inhaling 4000 plus chemicals into your mouth. If I was you, I'd stop again. If you're struggling with your quit, perhaps get some NRT gum or lozengers to suck instead.

We are here to help🚭😊
