I'm just connecting in everyone, as an action of commitment to my Quit. It's easy to scroll down, read a few, like a few & log off. Taking the next step to respond (which I've enjoyed today, seeing people celebrating Quit dates), others importantly sharing on how they are in those quits. It lands in my heart as ever (I say that, because it's special for me that it does) & thank you for those posts. I'm logging off today with a better perspective, gratitude & a sense of Community - That we're all in this together. Wishing you all a connected Week-end. Love iris xx

Hi Iris , what a lovely post😀 Yes we are all in it together, and there have been many celebrating their quits , which has been Fantastic. And for those of us who have had bad days and good, we have been there for each other. It's great to know we all support one another. Now that's special😀

Hi iris nice to hear from you and well done on 5 months quit 👍 😄😄 it's really good that people can log on have a read and get the answer they need then log off and continue with their awesome quit as you are doing. But it's also really good when people do pop along and let us know how they are getting on cause this also gives added incentive to others. Then it's also really good when you can post how your feeling or ask questions or just give information to help others. In a nutshell quit support can and will help each and everyone of us and each and everyone of us can take as much or as little as we want from quit support. 😄😄

I've had some great support throughout and I'm really grateful to the family for coming on and helping me maintain my quit.

It's great when someone likes your post, but feels ultra special when people take the time to respond to it...... Which is why I'm still here, trying to give something back and maintain my own quit. I may not respond to all the posts (mainly coz I've missed them 😩) but do try to get to most of them.

I'm glad you found it rewarding replying to posts because now you have probably made someone's day 😊👍

I agree that being connected to this lovely quit family makes a huge difference and I know I wouldn't be here without it. Sooo many people have helped me that I feel I need to pass that on to others. There is a very special bond on here between members and I luv that too💛😊

'Salty air hits the back of the throat, now that's well better than any smoke!' My scribbling from a 50 mile bike ride today. How lovely to come on line before bed & find I'm 5 months quit! :O) Thank you for reminder & messages. I've breathed in much fresh air today & can genuinely say; 'I love it'. Not everything is hunk dory but today the miracle is I don't have to smoke on it! Oh & my bike got round without any maintenance!! Blessings & Love xx

Am good thanks 😄 I noticed it is really quite usually it takes me ages to go through the posts on an evening but not today they will all appear when it's time for bed and then I'll be awake till god knows what time 😀😀
