Morning kmaymu, it's difficult the mornings at first, as it's breaking that habit. I had to set alarm later, so I didn't get up to early, also had to not drink coffee, as cigs and morning coffee were the hardest to break, but it does get easier. The good thing is your straight back on it, so well done to youπ Hope you have a good dayπ
Hiya kmaymu as maddy has said its the habit so change your habit..... Head straight for the shower when you get up then get ready.... Once your done you could probably have your coffee then or set your alarm later is a great idea ( Maddyg ) then you won't have time π
Tell hubby to keep em where you won't look...... Like his underwear draw ππ
I used to do my food shopping then go queue at the other counter for my cigs and lottery... And the amount of times I used to ask for cigs was silly, so I did my lottery on line so I didn't have to.... Same with petrol, I started using the pay at pump so I didn't go into the shopπ
You do whatever you need to stay smoke free ... Good luck ππππππππππ
Mornings are real tough for me. I did a little research before quitting and it suggested I diary my smoking habits and try to change when I smoked before I actually quit. I noticed that I did the bulk of my smoking first thing in morning....6 ciggies in an hour and half Yikes! So now I go straight into shower instead of straight in to kitchen.
You are learning as you go so just keep with it, you'll get there
