The person who said smoking is just a mare habit must have been very wrong, a would rather call it a disease

The person that said smoking is just a mere habit, I would dare to guess, probably also was not a smoker...and IF they were...have not come close to experiencing or understanding the experiences over a wide variety of smokers & ex-smokers alike.

Welcome to quit support. Certianly the impacts of smoking is a disease.. But on the positive side, quitting smoking will help with getting further damage😀😀

I quieted on 4th may this year and am determined although carvings are on my neck.

Hi Kelly, so today is day 5 for you and you're hanging in there. This is about the hardest it gets as all your symptoms peak about now. The nicotine is out of your system and right now your body is screaming for it. Stay strong and fight the cravings. You are doing so well👍

Keep busy and drink lots of water to flush out the toxins. This will pass😊
