Hi Kaylah and welcome to quit support😊

Well done on making the best decision and 4 days smokefree is great👍🏼

If you have a look at the pinned posts there's some breathing techniques to help a craving pass and also lots of 5 min craving busters too😊

Sip lots of water to help flush out the toxins and try to stay busy. If you can manage some excercise this will help as well.

We say NOPE not one puff ever🚭🚭 take one day at a time and good luck🍀

Congratulations and hang in there!

Welcome Kaylah and congrats💐

Are you using nicotine replacement or cold turkey?  I went cold turkey but I'm not sure  that's for everyone... I had huge withdrawal symptoms.... Headaches , muscle aches, nausea, spaced out feeling, nightmares etc etc.... The first week is the hardest... I kept on site a lot!!! And I kept my reason for quitting close... Stroke and COPD... Fear of...

Hang in there.... Not one puff.... Ever

Best wishes from 🇨🇦xxx

Hi Kaylah--Just try to buck up--the cravings will come and go--remember that--They don't just stay till you give in--Keep your hands and mouth busy and most of all make up your mind--you are not going to smoke--Don't toy with yourself--Once you firmly make up your mind--it is a little easier--but it isn't a cake walk--That is why we kept smoking-Get mad and do battle with it--You will win and wont regret it-Bunch of us here all working at it so hang with us--Hugs and good job so far-MmeT
