Went out last night to the pub. First time since New Year as I was also doing dry January. Really looking forward to it but was also frightened I would be tempted to go down that awful dreaded weed route. Drink and a cigarette go hand in hand for me. But I did it. Got through the whole evening and didn't succumb. That's a success xx

Last night I could have easily lit up.... Had a few people over to watch the hockey game and the party got going pretty good ...... but the strange thing is , I wasn't tempted.... I did think about it but I didn't have that dilemma going on in my head ...
