All the best Cimmy; you're doing great!
When I quit at 25, I had the same feeling after just a few weeks. Now, it's been six and I'm on the PATCH, which is new for me.
I find myself oddly indifferent to smoking. I thought, and hoped, I would have a positive or negative response either way.
I had anticipated that I would smell smoke and be disgusted or crave a cigarette even more.
And yet, nothing.....
I don't crave cigarettes when I smell smoke, yet I'm not disgusted either.
What gives?!
It's as if it's almost a non-issue ---my feelings, that is about smoke in general.
Am I in a sort of denial?
Perhaps, it's the fact that I'm still "on nicotine".
No matter, I'm committed to not smoking (NOPE.)
