Well it's been a quieter week for me😊, still a stressful one though😳😳, still going strong.....which I'm amazed at, I look at myself in the mirror and just go WOW....... Not cause I look goodπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ cause I feel good and super proudπŸ‘. I think I'm turning into one of those awful anti smoking people though..... I was walking through my shopping centre yesterday pulling the strangest facesπŸ˜πŸ˜πŸ˜›πŸ˜–πŸ™„ my husband said you ok???, I reply yes, why??, he said your mumbling smoker....non smoker....smoker......non smokerπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ I could smell peopleπŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜³πŸ˜³πŸ˜³πŸ˜³ how freaky is that. Good job he told me, I could of been carted away😜😜😜😜😜 thought I was saying it quietly, but I was quite vocal apparently πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚. Any way have a great day where ever you are my lovelies xx stay strong NOPE.....NOPE.....NOPE

  • All the best Cimmy; you're doing great!

  • When I quit at 25, I had the same feeling after just a few weeks. Now, it's been six and I'm on the PATCH, which is new for me.

I find myself oddly indifferent to smoking. I thought, and hoped, I would have a positive or negative response either way.

I had anticipated that I would smell smoke and be disgusted or crave a cigarette even more.

    And yet, nothing.....

I don't crave cigarettes when I smell smoke, yet I'm not disgusted either.

    What gives?!

It's as if it's almost a non-issue ---my feelings, that is about smoke in general.

Am I in a sort of denial?

Perhaps, it's the fact that I'm still "on nicotine".

No matter, I'm committed to not smoking (NOPE.)
