Hi all good day 2 you , yes my quit date was 6 th October sorry I thought i had done 3 months but it was only 12 weeks , think it's 3 months 2 morrow ?????🤓 Been hospital and got no nastys all clear thank god , just got a slightly swelling on my tongue at the bk witch was feeling like a lump but it's not also my inside of my neck is slightly narrow but again nothing to worry about as all will heal in time but I feel fabulous, amazeing good news as I been very worried all over Xmas and new year for nothing , lost a lot of weight due to stressing out but i did have it to loose lollll 1 n half stone lighter . Any way have a fab day all and thanks for reply s and amazing support you all give ❤️👍🏻🌹🌷🌷🌹👍🏻❤️
