Morning all. 6 months ago I went cold turkey after 45 years of smoking,, do I still get the odd craving. Yep , do I give in no, still don't feel 100./. But getting there, so don't give in an well done every quitter , have a great day x

That's brilliant I'm just ahead of you in the never to smoke again quest!!!

Still Ill but as not as bad as I was at the beginning of the year. Still have urges but they are not as bad, gets better. Still getting use to haveing a nose that can smell everything good and bad like a hound dog. Still a very angry person with a constant head cold.. 😀
