One month smoke free and last night dreamt I was smoking a cig. When I woke up I was soooo disappointed in myself I really believed that I'd let myself down, then it dawned on me that it hadn't actually happened and I was so relieved. Had heard that a side effect of quitting can be vivid dreams and boy was that a vivid dream!!!
