Hi Elissa, Well done to you hun, 3 weeks is a fantastic achievement
I gave up on patches and found that my dreams were weirder than normal (and I have some pretty weird dreams.... ), tiredness seems to be quite common and we do get different things going on in our mouths....!! For me it was really sensitive and sore teeth, others on here have had bleeding gums, ulcers, sore lips... we are all different but if you are in any doubt you could pop and see your dentist or GP..
Whatever happens, carry on with the superb quit
Hi Elissa, a big warm welcome to this lovely site and a massive well done to you for quitting the smokes for 3 weeks now then
Rite, down to the nitty gritty, vivid dreams are quite common side affects to quitting smoking and is feeling tired, but as Droopydraws says, we are all different, our bodies and minds work in mysterious ways There has been some of the members that get ermmm, funny tastes in their mouths too, maybe gargle with some mouthwash
Emjay our lovely quit smoking adviser, put a post on here about vivid dreams I will try to find it for you.
Stay with us Pete

Hi elissa, and a huge welcome to Quit Support
You're now heading fast towards getting your first 4 weeks under your belt
How are you feeling today?
Pete has very kindly popped up a post regarding vivid dreams for you
Maybe if you are passing a pharmacist, pop in and ask them about the metallic taste in your mouth. They may be able to advise you.
Tiredness can be a sign of recovery from stopping smoking, but your energy levels should return to whatever was normal for you pretty soon. However, if you do have any worries or concerns then please don't hesitate to contact your doctor.
There's a shiny new 4 week badge with your name here waiting for you
Hi Emjay, thank you,I think I will go to the chemist and ask about this taste in my mouth,it's driving me mad. I am felling good today thank you.x
