Hello all you wonderful people🌷 Giving up cigarettes seemed soooo huge to me until I found this site and shared with other people in the same situation as me. We all can relate to different withdrawal symptoms we go through emotionally and physically. Thank you so much everyone❤️ I'm still struggling but less and less and I realize that for the rest of my life I will have to say. NOPE. NOT ONE PUFF. EVER!!!!!!!
