Went on the scales and with all the food I've been eating I expected to find I'd put on weight but no stayed the same thankfully . Going to start jogging at the end of the month and my daughter said she'd come with me she's been so supportive. Sort of looking forward to it just not sure how I'm gonna feel after it lol

That's great to hear, Andy, and cool to know you're thinking of taking up jogging. Do you have a park nearby for jogging around?

No but me and my daughter have sorted out a jogging route. We have planned a mile run to start with and go from there

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!....that is great Andy :) :)

if you increase your exercise at the start to counteract the slowing down of your metabolism form not smoking you will stay on top of your weight. :) :)

smoking increases your metabolism so when we quit and don't change anything, we will automatically put on weight..so what you are doing is awesome...

keep up the great quit you have going there :)

You're doing great; thanks for sharing!

That's fab, will also help with everything repairing itself from not smoking . I started a 4 months ago and got the app couch to 5 k it's a 9 week programme and very good to follow if your not much of a runner.
