And it hasn't been too terrible! Wednesday was toughest for some reason but been up home for my birthday celebration been round lots of smokers and just quite content with my ecig for most the time 
Had no reception until today so been unable to get on the site grrrrr.

Yes i had a great time thank you, I had no desire to smoke at all, I went outside after the meals with everyone and puffed away on my Vape and was totally fine, but the last 2 days I have been missing out the after evening meal vape, as i think this could really be my achilles heel. So just delaying it by half an hour, it was tricky up home as didnt have the dogs to walk etc..... so back to a routine now. x
