Waiting For a Miracle🌎

I wonder how long I'm going to feel lethargic and dizzy. I know it's only been 4 days without a cigarette but do I ever feel weird/disoriented. I cannot believe what cigarettes can do to a person. I really have to persevere this withdrawal. I think I'll try and sleep hahaha. Talk soon💤💤💤💤

Hang in there. It gets better. Sometimes because some of the withdrawal effects that happen.....it's best to sleep it off.

Hi ya Willow8422 a big warm welcome to our lovely quit support community :) :)

By the sounds of it, you have already quit the smokes :) :) sooo, if you could please let me know your quit date, then, I can award you with the appropriate Winners badge and add you to the Wall of Winners :)

As you say Willow, it does get better as time goes on and I can vouch for that :) :) BUT, if you cant sleep, then what ?? I know myself, if you have a good nights sleep, you wake up refreshed in the morning :) but, if you cant sleep, you just feel flippin crap !! :o This is why we found these breathing exercises :)

You take care now Willow and hope to speak soon :)

Pete :)

As you say Arizona, you are in very early days of your quit journey and your symptoms are very common at your stage :o Plus, your lack of sleep too :o zzzzzzzz

We may be able to help you their :) if you have a look to the right of your post, you will see Pinned Posts :) go and have a look at the Breathing exercise No 3, this helps to slow your mind down :) please just practice it, cos it did help me :) :)

Good luck and hope to see ya soon :)

Pete :)

Hi there; theses sypmtons are just the body re-balancing itself out again.

As it returns to "normality" recognise that it may be uncomfortable at the moment but each day is a step nearer to success.

Remember that all those symptoms are only in place because of the damage smoking has caused you in the past and you are now healing.

You will soon have more natural energy , as you will have more oxygen in your blood And more serotonin- this helps us to feel happy and in turn promotes wellbeing.
