Hope everyone is having a fantastic and smoke free weekend😀. Welcome to those who have decided to take their first steps to freedom. After 1 week of quitting I have seen so much change to my health and to my confidence too, with a little help from my ecig I am coping without those nasty fags. And before long you all will too especially with help from the fantastic community of this site the people are fabulous and support u every step of the way. Just remember the one word NOPE (not one puff ever) 🚭🚭🚭🚭 and you will be on the right path to a healthier and smoke free future. Good luck to everyone on here xx

Got back Friday but have been busy catching up on all the laundry and housework, my hubby's excuse for not doing any laundry was he didn't know what went in the washing machine ‼️😕
