I quit tobacco some years ago and replaced it with e-cigs. That became a lifestyle of "smoking on my terms". Part of me does miss being able to vent my frustration by smoking (vaping) at my desk in the office.
I quit the e-cig March 19th (at about 10:00pm). The first month was very difficult (with about weeks 2 & 3 being the hardest for me).
I haven't had Mr. Nic since then!
I still get occasions where I "fancy" a vape, but I can manage that.
I'm surprised it's been 4 months now!
All those who are just starting their quit journey, I'm not going to lie, it's not easy. But the reward is there! I'm financially better off, not to mention I'm not sneaking off to puff.
