It's been 5months and I want a smoke. I lit one and it tastes great, but I put it out. So I guess I will go back on the patch for a while. Lots happening personally just wanted to vent. I did great and OMG the work, parents, etc.. makes me crazy. Smokes are $6.15 a pack and my life is priceless. .. Thanks for listening. I feel like I failed. .

A little trip is not falling over. Give yourself a break and put it down to experience 🚭

Well , of course, it goes without saying that .. IF you light up/ start smoking again...

the aggravations ( work, parents, etc. ) will not go away... but you'll be a smoker and dealing with them.. which is REALLY no better than being ( as you are now) a none smoker and having to deal with work, parents, etc. the major difference is you will have your health, a strong sense of your own strength ( since you gave up!!) and a hellova lot more money to help you...

Never think of yourself as a failure pugs, we all have things that we really excel at (not sure of that is the right spelling) and some we need to work a little harder at...we have all mastered the art of smoking.... now we can put that skill to one side as we take on the art of kicking mister nic in the head .... like anything it ain't easy, but once we get the hang of it that mister nic will be kicked from here to hell........where it belongs and the devil can do what she likes with him 😃😃😃

Stay strong and keep the faith hun 😃😃😃
