it does get easier !

When your in the throws of the first few weeks and you're having a battle inside your own head wither to smoke or not .... DONT SMOKE, don't give yourself any excuses, you can do it and here's me at 7 months (from a 23 year 20 aday addiction) telling you for sure, it does get easier. The normal soon becomes you not smoking they'll be days, weeks when you don't even think about it and they'll be days like today for me when I remember it's a non smoking anniversary ... 7 months SMOKE FREE xxx you can do it you can stop smoking xxx
