Good morning 
Day 18 of no smokes I am getting my car cleaned and shampooed inside cause the smell of smoke makes me sick. I am feeling better with every day that goes by. I wont lie I do think of smoking but the thought goes away fast cause that little nicotine monster is not getting me back !!! Every one have a great weekend

You'll have a lovely clean car that won't make you sick anymore, it's a good sign when ya hate the smell of smoke. You keep fighting that little nic monster and be very proud of yourself coz you're winning the battle, terrific x
well done on 18 days.. and its a great motivator that the smell turns you off so much.. ( i actually keep an old jar of water filled with discarded cigarette butts outside my back door - which i sniff in case I get tempted. )
Hi Jazz, yes stale smoke makes me feel sick now too, Anavarageman has a good idea with the jar of old CIG stumps to sniff, I feel sick just thinking about sniffing that jar !!!

That isgreat that you are really noticing the horrid smell of cigarettes in you car and getting it detailed will leave it smelling fresh

Yep, when I first quit I cleaned and shampooed the seats etc in my van, you aught to have seen the colour of the flippin water it made a big difference it gave me another reason for not lighting up in my van, cos driving was one of the hard times for me, I used to like a smoke when driving
