It's been 18 days since my last cigarette, my wheezing in my chest is gone I can do deep breathing guess I'm pretty proud of myself. I had a package of cigarettes in the cupboard with the lighter for security reasons . A full pack of cigarettes and a lighter went into the trash today. I feel really good about that. Thank you everybody on this site. It's been very helpful.

Well done on throwing the pack and the lighter in the bin. Guess you do not need the security any more. You are doing well on your quit. Keep going.
